We consider Quality as the result of proper management, supplier evaluation, marketing, Customer service, internal controls and continuously training the staff at Gráficas Z. We are therefore committed to continuous improvement of our Quality Management System based on ISO 9000, according to which we have been certified since March 2001.
Our achievements in terms of efficiency and continuous improvement of Gráficas Z Quality Management System are thanks to the unconditional and imperative support of the whole set of people that make up Gráficas Z team. Each of them is responsible for the Quality of their work and committed to the success of our Quality System because they are convinced of the need to assume a mindset towards a constant effort for improvement.

Our activity has a close relationship with and is greatly respectful of the environment. We believe that it is important for our future to be fully committed to caring for our environment. We have been certified according to ISO 14000:2004 since March, 2008.
